Non-Woven Media
2m max widthA non-woven structure with different densities on the air-entry and air-exit faces, so dust loads through the depth instead of blinding the surface. Pressure drop stays low and the sheet holds its shape through humidity swings. Standard width 180cm (160cm for ESN-35R), up to 2m, slit to the width you need.

Activated Carbon Media
2종 sheet & granularSupplied both as carbon-impregnated non-woven sheet and as granular carbon for trays and cartridges. It adsorbs NOx, SOx, hydrocarbons and the compounds behind odour; loading and grain size are matched to the adsorption capacity and airflow resistance you need. Sheet by the roll if you build your own carbon filters, cut to size if you only need refills.

Metal Lath
3종 AL / GI / STSSheet metal slit and stretched into a mesh, fitted on the air-out side so pleated media does not lay over under pressure. Aperture and gauge set the balance between airflow resistance and stiffness, so it is chosen against filter depth and face velocity. Available in aluminum, galvanised steel and stainless, cut and folded to size.

Aluminum Frame
Extruded aluminum framing and corner pieces for HEPA, ULPA and medium frames. Pick the section to match the sealing method — a channel for gel seal, a seat for gasket — and we cut lengths to your filter dimensions. Particle board and galvanised steel framing stock are available too.

Stainless Demister Mesh
350℃ max temperatureKnitted stainless wire mesh for demister filters. Low resistance and good corrosion resistance let it last where dust and oil mist are heavy, and it washes out for repeated use. Supplied as mesh stock and cut to the size you ask for.
